How can I remove users registered through the Developer Portal?

A user registered on the Developer Portal is automatically registered on the Manager as a Developer. You can’t delete a developer using the API Manager’s interface, you have to remove them through the Portal itself. To do that, you must access the Portal with a user who is an administrator. Then, go to People  Desired user  edit and click on Cancel account.

You should bear in mind that if the user has developed an app and/or created an access token for a given API, these objects (app/access token) will be removed from the API Manager. If you don’t want this to happen, you can block the user instead of removing it.

To do so, go to People  Desired user  edit. In the Status field, mark Blocked.
