The login area is a unified solution for the authentication of users of all Sensedia products.

You can login with an active Access Control user and password or with your access from an identity provider.

Access Control supports the following federated integrations: SAML, OpenID and GSuite.

The image on the right above shows the login screen for users who have both Access Control and federated integration accesses. The name displayed on the orange button (the second one) varies as it is informed by the user when setting up the integration.

When logging in, if you see the screen below, enter your tenant alias.

You can also inform the tenant alias directly in the URL, as in the example below (without the < >):

http://<tenant_alias>.signin.platform-ephemeral.sensedia-eng.com

Login with multi-factor authentication

When multi-factor authentication (MFA) is enabled, when logging in, the user will be redirected to the MFA flow. This flow has the following steps:

  1. user and password authentication;

  2. MFA key generation, and

  3. MFA key authentication.

The second step requires the user to have installed on his/her mobile device (e.g. smartphone, tablet) the application that will be used to read the MFA key and generate tokens.

Click here to learn how to enable or disable MFA for other users. Your user needs to have the appropriate permissions for this.

Login with multi-factor authentication is not available for active external identity provider connections.

Reset Password

From the login screen you can reset your password by clicking Forgot your password?.

Next, enter your username or email address and click the RESET MY PASSWORD button.

You will receive an email with a numeric code, which you will inform to set your new password.

When requesting a password reset, to protect user privacy, our system always informs that an email has been sent even if the user is not registered. If you do not receive the email, please check if the username was entered correctly.
